On September 16 and 17th, the bake sale was held by Acts of Random Kindness (ARK). ARK is one of the creativity ECAs in our school that aim to make our community a more empathetic and compassionate place, and to provide an enjoyable environment for everyone. They have held their first event of the year with a bake sale. The purpose of this was to raise money for the season events that are going to be held for every 2 months time. They have raised nearly $100, which is a sufficient amount of money to hold the next seasonal event. Many students and teachers came to buy the sweets during lunch time. There were a variety of cookies and cupcakes and a lot of students and teachers bought these lovely sweets. According to one of the leaders of ARK, they are thinking to have a Halloween event as well as Christmas event in term 2. Let’s get excited about the upcoming events!
